The list of exempted products will expand

Fuel, motor oils and lubricants intended for ships and drilling rigs are proposed to be exempted from customs duties. We are talking about fuel, which are exported outside Russia - in its exclusive economic zone, on the continental shelf or in the Russian sector of the day of the Caspian Sea.
Benefits will be provided if such products are intended for vessels from which geological exploration, exploration and production of hydrocarbons, as well as accompanying support ships and search and rescue ships are conducted. The owner of the license for the listed work in the preparation of the customs declaration is obliged to give a written commitment to the targeted spending of exported goods, and then confirm this fact.
The law, which prepared the Government of the Russian Federation, specifies the limiting volumes of fuels and lubricants that are not subject to duty:
1000 tons - for one ship gross tonnage up to 4000 reg.t; 2000 tons - for one vessel with gross tonnage from 4000 to 7000 reg.t; 4000 tons - for one vessel with gross tonnage from 7000 to 10000 reg.t; 5000 tons - for one ship gross tonnage from 10000 reg.t.
The law establishing these tariff concessions was adopted by the State Duma in the third reading on April 18. The Federation Council will consider it during the April plenary session of 22.
